Samuel Ato Afful is an Executive Leader and Strategic Communications professional with over 24 years of experience spanning strategic communications, corporate affairs, marketing communications, media and broadcasting, business development, organisational leadership and institutional transformation.

He brings a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on executive experience, with a demonstrated ability to assess organisations, build systems, lead teams, strengthen brands, develop commercial strategies and turn ideas into practical initiatives.

His experience cuts across corporate communications, marketing, reputation management, brand positioning, stakeholder engagement, media relations, customer and audience engagement, digital communication, business development and organisational transformation.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Vanguard Multimedia Ltd, where he has led the establishment and operationalisation of a new multimedia organisation, including the launch of two radio stations, commencement of television operations, development of corporate and commercial strategies, recruitment and development of multidisciplinary teams, and strengthening of the company's digital presence.

Previously, Samuel served as Marketing Communications Manager at Stratcomm Africa, where he led marketing communications initiatives, corporate visibility and brand communication, supported business development and client engagement, and contributed to strategic communication and reputation management programmes.

He has also served as General Manager of YFM Kumasi and Choice FM Accra, providing strategic, operational and commercial leadership, driving advertising and revenue initiatives, developing corporate partnerships and supporting audience and brand growth.

As an independent consultant, Samuel has provided advisory and consultancy services to businesses and institutions in strategic communications, marketing, media, branding, events, training and organisational development.
